Elizabeth B. Yoquinto, Esq. Recognized at Capital District Women’s Bar Association Sweet Success Event

On September 26, 2017, Elizabeth Yoquinto was recognized for her career achievements at the Capital District Women’s Bar Association’s annual Sweet Success program. This event is held to recognize significant career successes of CDWBA members.

Elizabeth was recognized for her work in the research and production of the documentary film “Blazing a Trail: Pioneering Women Judges of the Third Judicial District.” This documentary, narrated by Court of Appeals Judge Leslie Stein, features the oral histories of nine of the first women jurists in the Third Judicial District. It premiered at the sold-out March 2017 CLE event “Balancing the Scales of Justice,” and it has since been presented on public television. It is available on the internet on the YouTube pages of the Office of Court Administration and the Historical Society of The Courts of New York.

In April, Elizabeth joined Maguire Cardona, P.C. as an associate attorney specializing in medical malpractice litigation. She is thrilled to be part of this dynamic and successful firm.
