James A. Bartosik, Jr. has passed the bar examination and is currently awaiting admission in New York and Vermont. James will become an Associate Attorney at Maguire Cardona, P.C. upon admission.
James is a 2010 graduate of Marist College with a dual degree in political science and Spanish. Before attending law school, James also earned an M.A. in political science from St. John's University in 2013. James graduated summa cum laude from Albany Law School in 2017.
James has been a law clerk at Maguire Cardona, P.C. since 2016. He has contributed to numerous medical malpractice and personal injury cases throughout that time. During law school, James also interned in the Appellate Bureau at the Schenectady County District Attorney's office, where he gained experience in criminal law and appeals.
At Albany Law School, James was the President of the Student Bar Association, an editor on the Journal of Science and Technology, and a Sponsler Fellow teaching assistant of contract law.
James is a member of the Albany County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
