Partner Molly C. Casey participated in the first Jury trial held in Sullivan County Supreme Court since court operations around the state shut down due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Casey defended a driver in a motor vehicle accident case involving a collision at an intersection. After only four minutes of deliberations, the Jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of the defendant.
