The Maguire Cardona, P.C. litigation team obtained another victory at a recent trial. Rich Maguire, Esq. represented the Maguire Cardona, P.C. clients throughout the two (2) week jury trial in Montgomery County Supreme Court that concluded on January 16, 2015.
The medical malpractice trial involved the issue of whether the patient’s heart attack was timely diagnosed and treated. Expert witnesses in the fields of pulmonary and critical care medicine, cardiology and oncology were called. The jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of the Maguire Cardona, P.C. clients.
