Maguire Cardona, P.C. Welcomes Casey as Attorney

   ALBANY, N.Y. (Aug 1, 2018) - Maguire Cardona, P.C., a civil litigation and general practice law firm, is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Molly Casey.

   A native of Troy, Casey plans to focus her practice on medical malpractice defense and general liability matters.

   Casey comes to Maguire Cardona from Thuillez, Ford, Gold, Butler & Monroe, which she joined after graduating from law school. She began her career working in both houses of the New York State Legislature where she honed her statutory interpretation and construction skills through her work in developing legislation and guiding bills through the legislative and committee process.

   A graduate of New York University and Albany Law School, Casey is admitted to practice law in all New York state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern, Western, and Southern Districts.

   She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association, the Federal Court Bar Association, and the Albany County Bar Association. Additionally, Casey is an active member of the Second Circuit's Civic Education Committee, as well as a representative from the Third Judicial District to the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.
