Maguire Cardona, P.C., a civil litigation and general practice firm, is proud to announce and welcome new attorney Mackenzie Kesterke.
A resident of Fulton, N.Y., Kesterke focuses her practice on civil litigation.
Before to joining the firm, Kesterke was of counsel for the New York State Law Enforcement Officers Union, Council 82, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, where she began her career as an intern during law school. She also completed internships at the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office and with the Honorable Spencer Ludington at the Oswego County Surrogate’s Court.
During law school, Kesterke was a member of the international law fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta, a member of Albany Law School’s Legacy Committee, and the recipient of the Founder’s Scholarship for Academia. She was a competitor in the Karen C. McGovern Senior Prize Trials moot court competition and was also a teacher’s assistant in a legal capacity at Albany Medical School.
Kesterke holds a dual undergraduate degree in criminal justice and psychology from The College at Brockport, State University of New York.
Admitted to practice law in the State of New York, she is also a member of the New York Bar Association and the Albany County Bar Association.
