We are pleased to announce a successful Appellate Division Decision on behalf of the Maguire Cardona, P.C. clients. Our motion to dismiss was previously granted on behalf of our clients in a complex medical malpractice action involving the diagnosis and treatment of rectal cancer. Thereafter, the opposing party appealed the decision granting our motion. Alicia M. Dodge, Esq. successfully argued the appeal before the Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department. In a unanimous decision, the Appellate Division affirmed the Decision granting our motion to dismiss on behalf of our clients. |
