Maguire Cardona is pleased to announce that they obtained dismissal prior to trial by successfully moving for Summary Judgment. In the January 15, 2020 decision, all claims against the client were dismissed in a premises liability case that alleged both a defect on the property, as well as weather-related issues. The decision held that the plaintiff failed to raise any question of fact that the defendant was negligent or liable for the plaintiff's injuries.
